Romero Aguillard brings a wealth of international playing and coaching experience to Elite Factory, specializing in developing pitchers at all levels. Originally from Cuba, Romero’s journey in baseball began at a high level, where he competed for three years and earned a spot on the Cuban National Team at the age of 21. His passion for the game took him across the globe to Italy, where he played in Serie A for one year, showcasing his talent on an international stage.
In 2015, Romero’s talent was recognized by Major League Baseball when he signed with the Cleveland Guardians. During his time in their Minor League system, Romero reached the AAA level and further honed his skills by pitching in the prestigious Arizona Fall League in 2016. His experience playing in different countries and leagues has given him a unique perspective on the game, allowing him to bring diverse techniques and strategies to his coaching.
As the pitching coach at Elite Factory, Romero focuses on enhancing the skills of both youth and professional athletes. His extensive experience working with Minor League and MLB players has made him a trusted mentor for pitchers striving to elevate their game. Known for his hands-on approach and deep understanding of pitching mechanics, Romero is dedicated to helping his athletes maximize their potential on the mound.
